Biloxi Community Development Corporation (BCDC)

The Biloxi Community Development Corporation (BCDC) is a nonprofit organization established to operate in partnership with the Biloxi Housing Authority on major project financing. 

BCDC typically acts as the developer on all of BHA’s development projects.
